This program is built for athletes with a track record — not a first show. We're looking for competitors who already know how to prep, and want a coach invested in where they go next.
Minimum of 3 prior sanctioned shows, any natural federation. Placement results and comp history required with application.
Novice through Open Amateur — Men's Physique or Classic Physique. Not open to Pro-level athletes.
WNBF, OCB, PNBA, or other tested natural federations only. No exceptions — this protects the standard the roster represents.
Physique photos, comp history, and a short interview. Approval is at MRA's discretion — this is a roster, not an open enrollment program.
Three years, three tiers. Each year unlocks more — contingent on staying in good standing and delivering on your end.
This is a partnership. MRA invests in your prep — you represent the brand in return.
4 posts or reels per prep cycle tagging @plant_strong_warrior, documenting your prep, check-ins, or show day.
MRA gear/branding worn at all sponsored shows where applicable.
MRA may use your photos, results, and testimonials in marketing, indefinitely, with credit.
No competing physique-coaching sponsorship or paid partnership during the active term.
Compliance with prep protocol, responsive communication, and professional conduct representing the MRA name. To renew into the next tier: finish all included shows, meet the content minimum, and either place top 5 in class or improve placement versus the prior year.
Reviewed annually. Renewal into the next tier requires good standing as defined above — not automatic on tenure alone.
MRA reserves the right to decline renewal for breach of content, exclusivity, or conduct terms. Athlete may exit at any annual checkpoint.
Supplements, travel (Years 1–2), competition suits, and entry fees beyond the tier structure above are the athlete's responsibility.
The $500 Roster Investment is non-refundable and applies once, at Year 1 enrollment only.
